Shipping Information

Delivery
Sure it costs a little more to ship some of our products... it’s heavy because it’s built tough. Think of it this way: it’s part of your investment in unique products that will last a very long time.

Your order of in-stock merchandise will be processed and shipped within 72 hours of receipt. If your order is placed after 12 p.m. Monday through Friday, your order will be processed the next business day. We do not process orders or ship on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays. You will receive an E-mail with shipping information if your order is delayed.

Shipping Options
We ship via USPS and offer Ground. Ground service will take 5 to 7 business days to reach you. The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the order, which will be calculated for you during checkout.

International Shipping
We can ship internationally via UPS or USPS. When placing an order, enter your city, country and postal code in the appropriate fields.  The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the order. You will be notified of the cost via E-mail prior to being charged for your order. International orders take an additional 24 hours of processing.

Multiple Shipments
Shipments to more than one address need to be placed as separate orders, and will be processed as such.

Order Status and Tracking
If you’ve provided a valid E-mail address when you order you will receive two Emails:
   - the first confirms your order
   - the second confirms your shipment

Out of Stock and Back-Ordered Items
While we make every effort to have featured merchandise in stock, occasionally we are out of certain items. If we are out of stock or expecting a back-order on an item that you’ve ordered, you will receive an E-mail notification with an expected ship date. If the wait for the item is too long for you, feel free to cancel the order.
