We stand behind the quality of products. Dodger Design Studio does not offer refunds. All orders are final after 7 days of order. We will do everything in our power to guarantee your orders arrive in one piece. Exchanges on defective merchandise only. If any merchandise is damaged in transit, please contact Dodger Design Studio at info@dodgerdesign.com  or call us at 202-249-8403. We accept returns of damaged merchandise for replacement only when accompanied by your original receipt.

10% restocking fee for returned merchandise over $100.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds generally appear on you credit card statement in one to two billing periods. Since all our online orders require credit cards as the method of payment, your refunds will take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase.
