Are all of your products available online?
Right now, we represent all of our most popular items online. We’ll keep adding items in the future, so come back and visit us again!

Why do I have to order a minimum of 6 or 12 per item?
Our clients are greeting card stores, book seller and like businesses. Their demand for stock and display is usually in higher numbers. Since most of our products are cards, bookmarks, etc, selecting one or two of each item is just not cost effective. This web site is intended for the use of trades people that resell these items in their bookstores, shops or businesses.

How do I order offline?
Please download the PDF file of our order form located on our main page to your computer desktop. Print the form out and fill in the orders you want. You can either mail that order in with a check or you can fax it in with your credit card information. Please make sure you sign the form otherwise, we will be unable to fulfill your orders. We will contact you to let you know your order was received.

Are the prices different on your web site?
We make every attempt to have consistent pricing throughout our catalog and our web site. In the event you find a discrepancy in pricing, please E-mail us immediately.

How do I remove my name from your catalog mailing list?
If you want to be taken off our mailing list, just let us know and we’ll take the necessary steps. Go to our Contact Us page to E-mail us. Be sure to enter your name and address exactly as it appears on your mailing label. Please allow three months for your request to be processed.

Will you share my E-mail address with other businesses?
No. Dodger Design Studio respects the right to privacy.

Does Dodger Design Studio have a bridal registry?
At this time we do not have a bridal registry available.

What if I don’t see an image I like in the category I want? Can I have special orders designed by Dodger Design Studio?
Yes, we would be happy to help you with special orders! If you see something you like and it is not available in the product you want, contact us and we will do our best to create that product for you. Bear in mind that special orders will include set-up costs for printers and will also include design costs for creating these products. Depending on the item, there may be a minimum amount you will need to order. Please contact Jean-Philippe Laplagne at jp@dodgerdesign.com for quotes and more details.
